Toast POS Integration

Connect with your Toast API account (Integrations → API Accounts), map your restaurant, then align reservation and sync settings with Toast’s checklist.

How it works

  1. Save the Client ID and Client Secret from Toast.
  2. Request an access token (machine-to-machine).
  3. Choose which Toast restaurant maps to this SmartDining location.
  4. Refresh Toast config, then set dining option & revenue center for reservation orders.
  5. Optionally map SmartDining floor tables to Toast table GUIDs for explicit control.
  6. Background jobs (when enabled) sync orders and config on a schedule.
