Where we act as a controller, we identify purposes and lawful bases in our Privacy Policy. Where we process on behalf of Restaurant Partners, they are controllers for guest relationship data and we process under their instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Transfers outside the EEA/UK use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
