Orders and invoices
Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified at purchase. Late payments may incur finance charges where permitted. We may suspend access for material non-payment after notice when contractually allowed.
Taxes
You are responsible for determining and remitting taxes on your sales to End Guests. We collect and remit taxes on software subscriptions only as required by applicable rules for digital services.
Term and termination
Subscriptions renew according to your plan unless cancelled under the terms presented at checkout. Upon termination, your access ends and export tools may be available for a limited period as described in-product.
