Fulfillment responsibility
Restaurant Partners are solely responsible for food quality, allergens, packaging, and compliance with health regulations. Estimated ready times are goals, not guarantees.
Pricing and fees
Prices, service charges, and bag fees are set by the venue. Taxes may be estimated until final calculation at checkout. If an error is obvious and material, the venue may cancel and refund in line with its policies.
Third-party delivery
If you connect courier or marketplace delivery partners, their terms and insurance apply to the handoff after the venue releases the order.
