Smart Dining subscriptions
If your plan includes a money-back or trial window, terms appear at checkout. Outside those windows, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your contract.
Guest purchases
Restaurants set cancellation and refund policies for deposits, prepaid experiences, and orders. Where a venue authorizes a refund in the system, timing may depend on banks and card networks.
