A reservation request may be instant or subject to venue approval depending on settings. Email or SMS confirmations are sent when enabled; carriers are not liable for delayed delivery.
Cutoff times and fees are set by the Restaurant Partner. Smart Dining provides tooling to enforce those rules but does not set hospitality policy for independent venues.
Venues may charge deposits or no-show fees through integrated payments where enabled. Chargebacks and disputes are handled under Payment Terms and processor rules.
