When to use this
Use this mental model whenever you are onboarding a new manager or training staff on where to click.
Step-by-step
- Pick the correct restaurant from the workspace switcher (if you manage more than one).
- Start from Today for a snapshot, then dive into Service for reservations and menus, Orders for live tickets, or Settings for configuration.
- Use Account for billing and security; use Support at the bottom for documentation and tickets.
Tips & best practices
- If a sidebar area is missing, ask an owner to review permissions—it is usually intentional.
- Deep links from this Help center open the right page when you already have access.
Common issues
I only see a subset of features
Confirm you selected the intended restaurant and that your user is assigned a role with the needed permissions.
